Junior High Camp – July 30-August 3 | Students entering sixth-through ninth-grade in September
Vans will depart Bethany 9 a.m. on Monday, July 2, 23 and 30.
It is recommended that each camper bring a bag lunch on Monday, since camp begins at 1 p.m. and the first meal is scheduled for 5 p.m.
Vans will return to Bethany 5 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 27 and August 3.
Printed directions to White Mountain Retreat Center are available at the Hospitality Table. Please let Linda or Bill know if you will be transporting your own children.
Also, parents, please note: NO PEANUT PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE CHURCH VANS.

Forms are also available at the Hospitality counter and in the church office. The medical form should be filled out and/or signed by your child’s physician. This means you will need to have that done now to avoid missing the deadlines to turn in the paperwork.
If your child needs a current physical exam, you should make an appointment now as doctors offices often book up to 6 months or more in advance. PLEASE be sure to fill out all of the information on the forms, especially the medical form. Please do not have the doctor sign it and leave the rest blank as it has important insurance information we need to have on file. It will not be possible to call you individually to “fill in the blanks”. If your forms are incomplete they will not be accepted and your child will not be registered, even if you have paid in the bookstore.
Please give completed forms with payment to Bill Hildreth at the Hospitality Counter, drop them off at the church office, or you can mail forms and payment to:

Once your child is registered, you will receive a postcard at least a week prior to camp with more information and departure/arrival times.
We are also looking for van drivers to bring the students back and forth to camp. If you can assist, please call the church office and ask for Linda.
