PAK Night Success

PAK (Parents And Kids) Night is our way of getting parents and kids together on a fun level. We like to do this in the Winter time, March 4, when things might seem a little slow and when people need a good laugh! This year we changed the format quite a bit. We’ll see what happens for next year. We try to keep everyone involved with some tricky stuff and sometimes a little messy stuff, but all in fun. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Winter Skate 2011

Roller skating is still lots of fun, and when you go to a great place like Interskate 91 in Wilbraham, it’s really great!
February 22, while most of our students were celebrating a week off from school we got together for a night of skating, food and fun!
The rink is smooth and fast. Perky’s Pizza & Food draws a lot of fans; Lazer Runner and PLAYQUEST along with the arcade games makes the night a total family fun night! Follow the pictures and if you missed it this year, mark it down for Tuesday night of Winter Vacation week 2012.

Children’s Choir on WGBY

Recently, the choir made a trip to the WGBY studio in Springfield, MA for a taping session for the upcoming series, “Together In Song”.
Lights, camera, action, on Feb 19, approximately 40 – 45 children sang their way into a new chapter in their lives.  Follow the pictures and enjoy the ride!
Our next stop will be the Agawam Senior center in April.   God is opening some wonderful doors for these young ones and we want to encourage them to give their best for the Lord!
The taped session will be shown on Saturday, April 16, at 8:30PM.  WGBY will have judges for the competition and the audience can vote as well. So watch the show, pray, and vote!
God Bless You,
Pastor Chuck

Thousand Acres Rangers Campout

On February 19-20, the Adventure Rangers took a weekend camping trip to the Thousand Acres Camping area in the Berkshires. Here’s some highlights!

Someone forgot to plow out the parking lot, so we had to do it our self (1)

The new tent worked very well

We had to shovel 2+ feet of snow to set the tents up... felt good to be by the fire

We cut plenty of wood

Bear was our watch dog to keep the wild animals away!

We had to split a lot of wood to keep the fire going

No camp is complete without a bathroom and some TP!

It was so cold and windy we had to cook in the tent
